How do I add (include) or hide (exclude) pages from my Website Brochure?

Click on the Add / Hide Page link in the Control Panel and follow the instructions at the top, on the left hand side. If a green button is shown next to a page name, it is live (able to be seen by the public), if a red button, then it is hidden (unable to be seen by the public).
